Energizing, explosive, powerful, uplifting…That’s how students from all walks of life, just like you, describe Extreme Boxing.

This program is intended for anyone who is interested in boxing at any level. Even if you never step into a boxing ring, practicing the fundamentals of boxing can give you an excellent full-body workout that gets your legs and arms moving and your heart pumping. Boxing will also improve your stamina; help get your reflexes razor sharp. This course offers step by step directions for acquiring solid boxing skills. Jump rope ( we will teach you how if you do not know how), pushups, and intensive calisthenics are applied in each and every class. If you are looking for a great way to work out, then M.A.X. Fitness Extreme Boxing program is the one for you. There is no sparring in this class.

It’s Easy to Learn. 

It’s a workout you’ll look forward to each day. The instructors make sure that every punch and combination is carried out by every participant. You’ll be amazed at the results from the very first class. We all know that when you look good, you feel good. Imagine adding, “And I know I can take care of myself,” to the equation. There is no better feeling than knowing you’re in shape and can defend yourself if you ever have to. To make your experience a positive one we ask that you please Bring a towel workout clothes and sneakers to change into so we can keep the gym floor clean.

Variety

You’ll never get bored doing the same routines over and over. Though you’re in class for yourself, you’re not by yourself. Our instructors will provide you with the most effective, safe, and personal instruction available. You’ll receive individual help as you master the basics and on-going guidance from our instructors, as your skill level increases.

Individual Instruction

You may want a one on one training session with an instructor. The private sessions are based on 1/2 hour time periods, but you may double up if you like. Try a one on one session today!

Safety

We understand that some of our clients are not training for a real boxing match. Most just want to have fun and get in the best shape of their lives. That’s why use the latest, most progressive teaching methods available.

Wrapping your hands

To help prevent injuries, always wrap your hands before working out. Wrapping could be difficult at first, but very important. Keep at it you'll get it. You want to wrap properly to avoid hurting your hands. Hands should be wrapped so they feel comfortable yet supported. You should be able to make a strong, tight fist easily without cutting off circulation.
